Moisturise

Give your feet and hands some TLC

Apply cream to dehydrated, irritated hands and feet. Wear cotton socks to bed (they are warm and comfy too!). Avoid wearing wet socks and gloves, as they irritate your skin and may cause itchiness, cracking, sores and even eczema.

Wear sunscreen

Even though it’s winter, it’s still essential to wear sunscreen to protect your skin against dangerous ultraviolet rays.
